A breath of fresh air.
A spark of insight.
This is what it looks like when a room finally gets to exhale.

Mary Allison Jensen is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over twenty years of experience working with women who are exhausted on the inside while holding everything together for everyone else. She is the founder of A Legacy of Healing and the creator of the Self-Love Lab — a platform dedicated to helping women move from reckless self-abandonment to conscious self-leadership, for the benefit of themselves as well as future generations.

What sets her apart on stage isn't just clinical credibility — it's the rare combination of therapeutic precision, personal vulnerability, and the ability to name what her audience has been living inside but never had the language to articulate.

01 | THE HIDDEN COST OF SELFLESSNESS

Why the most self-sacrificing women in the room are also the most burned out — and what the culture gets dangerously wrong about calling it a virtue. A talk that names self-abandonment and offers a way through.

02 | YOU ARE NOT YOUR PATTERNS

The most liberating reframe in mental health: the difference between behavior and identity. Rooted in the EMI Model™, this talk helps audiences stop over-identifying with how they've been conditioned and start choosing who they actually want to be.

03 | BELIEF REPAIR: THE FORGOTTEN LAYER OF SELF-CARE

Why every self-care strategy eventually collapses — and what has to change first. An accessible breakdown of the 3 B's of Self-Care™ (Beliefs, Behaviors, Boundaries) and how to build self-care that actually sticks.

04 | A LEGACY OF HEALING

The generational argument for women's mental health. Healing one woman changes every generation that follows — not through dramatic transformation, but through the accumulation of moments where someone has the courage to choose differently.

05 | burnout is a belief system problem

Burnout doesn't come from working hard. It comes from the belief that your needs are optional. This talk deconstructs the nervous system science of depletion and offers a practical framework for reclaiming your energy without guilt.

06 | context breeds compassion

The most underrated tool in mental health and leadership. Understanding why we do what we do is the fastest path to compassion — for ourselves and for others. A talk that transforms how teams relate to conflict, communication, and change.

HOW IT WORKS

o1

Connect

We start with a conversation. Tell me about your audience, your event, and what you want them to walk away with. Every talk is shaped specifically for the room it's going into.

o2

Customize

No two audiences are the same. I'll tailor the content, frameworks, and stories to fit your event theme, your industry, and the specific tension your audience is living inside.

o3

Show Up

You handle the room. I'll handle the rest — arriving prepared, present, and ready to give your audience something they'll still be talking about on the drive home.
