Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website alegacyofhealing.com, purchasing any product or program, or subscribing to any free resource offered by A Legacy of Healing (ALOH), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or its offerings.

About Our Services

A Legacy of Healing is an online wellness education platform founded by Mary Allison Jensen, LICSW. Our offerings include free digital resources, private and public podcast content, digital programs (including Self-Love Lab), audio courses (including The 3 B's Deep Dive), and merchandise.

Important: The content on this site and within our programs is educational in nature. It is not therapy, clinical treatment, or a substitute for professional mental health care. Accessing our content does not create a therapeutic relationship between you and Mary Allison Jensen or A Legacy of Healing.

Purchases and Payments

Pricing. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Pricing changes will not affect purchases already completed.

Payment Processing. Payments made through our website are processed by secure third-party processors. Payments made through Circle are governed by Circle's own terms. We do not store your payment card information.

Sales Tax. Sales tax may be applied to purchases where required by law based on your location.

Refund Policy

Because our products are digital and delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on digital programs, audio courses, or downloadable resources.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing a product you purchased, please contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will work to resolve it.

Merchandise purchased through our Printful-integrated store is subject to Printful's return and exchange policy for defective or misprinted items.

If you have a concern about a purchase, reach out to us directly. We are committed to making things right when something goes wrong on our end.

Free Resources and Email Opt-Ins

When you opt in to a free resource — including The Change That Changes Everything podcast series or any downloadable workbook — you are joining the A Legacy of Healing email list. You may unsubscribe at any time. Opting in does not obligate you to purchase anything.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website and within our programs — including but not limited to written copy, frameworks, audio content, video content, workbooks, course materials, proprietary tools (including the 3 B's, the Belief Alignment Blueprint, the EMI Model, the Feelings Framework, and all other named frameworks), and brand assets — is the intellectual property of Mary Allison Jensen and A Legacy of Healing.

You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from any of our content without express written permission. Sharing content from our programs with non-members is a violation of these terms.

Personal use and implementation of the frameworks and tools you learn within our programs is not only permitted — it's the whole point.

Program Access and Conduct

Access. Upon enrollment in a program, you will receive access instructions via email. Access is granted to the individual purchaser only and is non-transferable.

Conduct. Our programs include community components hosted on Circle. All participants are expected to engage respectfully. A Legacy of Healing reserves the right to remove any participant from a program or community without refund for conduct that is harmful, harassing, or disruptive to other members.

Results. We believe deeply in this work. We cannot, however, guarantee specific outcomes. Your results depend on your engagement, circumstances, and effort.

Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and its contents are provided "as is." A Legacy of Healing makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content on this site. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, A Legacy of Healing and Mary Allison Jensen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our programs. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase.
